Derived from a species of the Sideritis plant, Greek Mountain tea has been used since the ancient Greeks. It is also known as Shepherd's Tea from when Greek shepherds would brew the plant to make a tea while tending their flocks high in the Greek hills. Made from harvested herbs from the rocky slopes high in the mountains of northern Greece it is naturally caffeine free.
